Embarkation Day!!!
I was supposed to send this message yesterday but then !!we got on the ship!! Here’s what I wrote.
Last day on land! I went for a long run and savored running straight for minutes at a time. I drank lots of milk- will we have milk onboard? Will it be boxed or powdered once we’re a few weeks at sea? I also had a big salad for dinner, for similar reasons. I took a bath. I streamed multiple movies without worrying about slow internet. It was a good day.
And then at 6pm they told us to be ready to get on shuttles at 9pm and everything after that is a blur.
